| Entry: | Wow. My first blog entry in six months. Can you tell it's been a while since I've had my website?
When I got this new one, I was originally planning to recode the site from scratch, with a new layout and everything, mostly because, I'm an idiot, and didn't back the old one up before my hosting ran out, so the last backup of the site I had was from about six months before the site ran out. As a result, a lot of the files were outdated - even the layout is outdated - I'm back to that ugly original banner. However, what I realized is, not only am I an idiot for not backing the site up, I'm also lazy and really don't feel like rewriting an entire website. Not when I have a perfectly passable one already written. So, deal with the ugly old layout.
Anyway, things are going pretty well. Work is as good as work can be, being a supervisor/assistant manager in training? at the Lapeer store. School is ... school.
I get to go to a really awesome? breakfast meeting thing tomorrow at the Farmhouse in Lapeer. I'm going to feel really out of place, being around a bunch of business-y people. What's cool though is I get out at 3:30 tomorrow. After that, I'm going to school to work on some homework, and then I'm staying the night at Amy's. Then it's class Thursday morning, and back to my house to hang out and sleep.
Random observation: I saw an SUV driving down I-69 today that had a bumper sticker that said "Tree Hugger." I chuckled. |
